The ob/gyn nurse called me back a little while ago. She and my doctor believe the chances of pregnancy are low, as I have had negative tests. So, I was told I do not need to go in for a blood test. Instead, she called in a prescription for Provera. I will go pick it up tomorrow afternoon. Ugh. It'll be what it'll be. But, if this time is anything like the last time I had to take Provera a couple years ago, say a prayer for Sam... last time the extra hormones made me a little less than pleasant! Even still, I plan to wait a week before I start the meds.
This week for the masters program we are assigned to visit a few websites about health, thinking, and nutrition. We also have our first paper due. The paper should cover what we've studied so far, how we've implemented it in the classroom, our interpretation of the modular brain theory, and how we think brain modules relate to multiple intelligences. I better get busy!
Tonight's plan is to get on the treadmill, get at least one page worth of my paper done, and relax.
total so far:
aerobics: 18 hrs.
walking: 41 miles
