Tutu Cute!

My friend, Jennifer, has the cutest little daughter, Lily. (Her son, Liam, is pretty cute, too!) Their family is getting ready for an awesome trip to Disney World in about a week. Jennifer has been very busy working out the final plans, details, and outfits for the trip. She was planning to make a tutu for Lily to wear (with a little princess t-shirt, of course!) on one of the days she'll meet the Disney princesses. I wanted to learn a new little craft, so I took on the fun task of making Lil's tutu. Here is how it turned out:
