The great thing about Amazon is that you can go online and trade in old textbooks! I had a bunch of old textbooks from my masters program, most of which I knew I'd never read or use again.
I tried Barnes and Noble first, seeing how much $ I'd get if I used their website to get rid of my books. Even though they give you a check for your books, the amount is only half of the value of the credit I got on Amazon. So, I figured it was better to get twice the money in the form of a gift certificate. I used my credit to buy eight new books!

I started with Sweet Life by Mia King. Great book so far!
It's so nice to have a stack of books to look forward to reading!
