This is one of my favorite times of year.... The weather is beginning to change from hot, hot, hot to a little cooler (but it is still just warm enough to wear flip flops - Does anyone else have trouble adjusting to giving up the flip flops at the end of summer? I sure do.) And, it's finally time to put my fall plates out in the kitchen and set out my pumpkin jars. It's funny how the little things make a difference!
my other fall favorites....
a new fall wreath
(Click here for the tutorial of how to make this cute one! I think I may try it next weekend.)
my birthday this coming Tuesday... Even though it's kind of low key this year, I still love when it comes around. This year, my birthday is my excuse to head on over to the Coach outlet when we go to Gulf Shores in a couple weeks!

the Crock Pot
There is just something wonderful about the good ole' Crock Pot. I love how you can just put in a bunch of ingredients, and it takes care of dinner for you.

Taco Soup
(click here for the recipe I posted last year)
This year I am skipping the beer in the soup. Even though I know the alcohol will cook out, I am still a bit leary. It should still taste good, I think!
Pot Roast
I am thinking about trying this recipe and adding carrots and potatoes to it.
delicious smelling Scentsy bars warming in my Scentsies at home and at school

Pumpkin Day with my kindergarten kids... It's always one of our favorite days of the school year.
What are you liking about fall?
