School has begun. It looks like it's going to a great year again! I am excited to be working with such a great bunch of girls. And, now we're adding another teacher to our kindergarten team because our school population is growing like crazy! Working with such a good bunch of girls makes work all the more fun! I have only known my kids for a few days, but I'm already loving their unique little (and BIG!) personalities. I think it's going to be a great year!

Our weekend was good! On Friday, we went to the Redbirds game with Sam's brothers, sister, mom and step-dad, and the nephews and niece. We had a great time visiting, watching fireworks, and catching up. Sam and I swam with Jen, the kids, and our friends Heather, her husband, and their kids. Today Sam and I hung out, relaxed, took a nice Sunday drive, and went grocery shopping. It's been a very relaxing weekend.

This coming week my Momo turns 90! She is such a healthy lady... she still drives herself to get her hair done every Friday, takes care of all her errands, is totally independent, and is as much a go-getter as she was twenty years ago. I love her to death. She is very opinionated, strong, and kind. I am excited we'll be celebrating with her this coming weekend. (photos to come....) Another big bonus of this coming weekend is that my sister will be in town from CA to celebrate. It'll be a big fun weekend!
