The Kindergarten Diet

What's the best way to lose weight quickly? Teach kindergarten! It seems like I am so geared up and ready to get out the door in the mornings that I may or may not eat breakfast (cereal bar) in the car on the way to school. Then, with being busy all day and helping get everybody ready for lunch, I often don't bother eating my own. Today, I skipped lunch all together and made copies instead. So, my total weight loss since school began two weeks ago is 4 pounds. Crazy! I am sure it'll all come back. :)

These last two weeks I have not worked out as much as I'd like. The average is about 4 days per week, instead of my goal of six. My goal is to end this week with 5 days and to try to keep that up next week, too. I need to get on my phone's app and count and update my miles. The elliptical and treadmill is still my favorite, and Winsor Pilates comes in at second. Do you have any favorite workout video?

I just got back at doing my P90x this week, I started once before, but when I got laid off I quit. I hear good things about it and I saw results for the month I did prior to losing my job. Can't wait to see changes this time.
