This week I have had five, yes five, workouts... one on Monday, one on Wednesday, one on Thursday, and Jazzercise plus one hour on the treadmill today. Woohoo! Plus, I did the super hard leg lift reverse crunches...36 of them! I am so proud of myself today, especially since last night I was out til 12:30. Courtney, Lance, Mandy, Rachel, Sam and I, and some others went to Annalyn and Chuck's to hang out. We had a blast eating and drinking and acting silly. Super fun night. I hope it becomes a regular thing. Tonight Sam and I are going with Tim and Laura to the Grizz game. This will be the first home game without Coach I. We're looking forward to hopefully seeing a difference in the way the boys play. We'll see!

today's workout: 1 hr. aerobics, 3.0 miles walking
total so far: aerobics: 8 hrs.walking: 9.0 miles
