Today

Today was a pretty good day! Last night I finished making my lesson plans, newsletter, conference notes, project assignment page, homework, and center activities. So, today I felt so prepared for next week that I was able to focus my planning time on actually getting centers and reading center activities prepared, too. I feel really ready for next week! On top of that, the kids were a blast today. They were a little more energetic than usual; but, we all have our talkative days, right? Besides, tomorrow is a new day. And, I'm looking forward to it since it's Johnny Appleseed Day and all. I think they'll enjoy it a bunch. It's so great this school year... I really enjoy each day with this little bunch of kids! They inspire me to think of activities and lessons that really get them excited and give their school career a great start.

This evening I went to Jazzercise and worked. it. out!!! I am was hot and tired by the time it was done. We did tons of one-legged push-ups, planks, and lots of cardio. This was my eight time to go, and I am already seeing results. I even feel better and more energetic. Our Jazzercize instructor told us tonight that she is eight weeks pregnant but is planning to stay on as our instructor.
